We are accepting new clients at our Franklin location. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we are streamlining our intake process. After booking your New Patient 15 minute Telehealth Consult you will receive an email with a link to your health history intake and consent forms. Please fill out these online forms by the day before your call is scheduled, otherwise we will have to reschedule. These documents will be sent to the email linked to your Mind Body account unless otherwise specified.
Once paperwork is completed, first-time clients will have a 15 minute private Telehealth phone consult prior to their first in person session. Once this is completed the client can come in for their first acupuncture session.
We want you to feel as comfortable as possible! Please keep in mind however that Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine encompasses the entire body and mind, not just the symptoms presented by an individual, and all of the background information addressed in the health history form is important in determining the best treatment strategy possible for you and your unique presentations.
*If you are looking to utilize insurance, we only accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Tufts, Cigna, and Aetna and you must call ahead with your full name, date of birth and subscriber ID so we can check your individual benefits*
